Our commitment

Nisi’s Craft Bakery wants everyone to be able to browse our products, request samples, download spec sheets and reach our team — including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification or voice control.

Conformance status

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act and by Section 508. As of September 24, 2026 this site conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA on the pages we have tested.

How we test

We run automated checks with axe-core against the live site, on desktop and at phone width, and we verify by hand what automation cannot judge: keyboard operation and focus order, colour contrast over photographs and patterned backgrounds, form labelling and error handling, and the reading order announced by assistive technology. Testing covers the home page, product and category pages, the spec sheet library, the sample request and quote forms, the distributor finder, the distributor portal, news and policy pages.

Known limitations

Some material is outside our direct control and may not fully conform:

  • PDF spec sheets and catalogues. Our generated PDFs carry document titles and selectable text, but are not yet fully tagged for structure. If you need a spec sheet in an accessible format, email us and we will send the data directly.
  • Older news images. A small number of archived post images may carry brief alternative text.
