Nisi’s Craft Bakery breads use no preservatives, no conditioners, and no additives—nothing fake. We ferment our sourdoughs for over 24 hours. Our flours are from the highest-quality sources, including the legendary Central Milling in Petaluma, California.

Our loaves, rolls, and pretzels are hand shaped and are parbaked or fully-baked in our Napa, California, bakery and shipped frozen.
